Tampa Westchase Rotary Club
Since joining Rotary in 2020, I have been able to make a positive impact in our Tampa Bay community through the many service projects Rotary supports. I also traveled to Honduras to help better the lives of many people by providing clean drinking water & building homes. My husband, Tom, also a Rotarian, shares our “service above self” way of life - we hope to set a good example for our 2 beautiful daughters, Taylor & Samantha.
As a pediatrician, I have been blessed to take care of children & their families for the past 25 years. Working for Pediatric Associates in Telemedicine the past 5 years has given me the opportunity to spend more time with my family & pets.
We love to travel together & cheer on our University of Miami Hurricanes at football games. I am grateful to have served as President of our club in 2023-24 & honored to be Assistant District Governor for 2024-25.

I am a certified Essential Somatics Movement Teacher who discovered this work after a debilitating back injury forced me into early retirement. Rotary has been an important part of my life. As the daughter of avid Rotarians, we hosted 16+ Rotary International youth exchange students, and I enjoyed spending a high school year abroad myself. Born and raised in Germany, living in Bradenton, Florida, for a year completely changed my life and is the reason why I now reside in Tampa. As an adult, I became a Rotarian in every city I lived and we started hosting Rotary International youth exchange students, providing our daughter a similar experience. The international aspects of Rotary, contributing to world peace, interest me the most.

I have been a proud member of Rotary for just over a year. I love the opportunities Rotary provides to meet new people, build lasting friendships, and contribute to meaningful community projects.
As the owner of AWhitney Digital Marketing, I help businesses grow by leveraging their digital assets to succeed. Before starting my company, I spent 23 years as a producer and executive producer in the news industry, utilizing my education in technical journalism from Colorado State University. My career also includes working as a certified flight instructor for a few years and as an airline pilot for 6 years. While at the airline, I was a part of the Federal Flight Deck Officer program under the Department of Homeland Security, which meant I was a deputized federal agent who carried a firearm while at work.
Through Rotary, I have participated in several impactful community initiatives, including feeding the homeless, road clean-ups, and painting a barn at a therapeutic horse farm. These experiences exemplify my dedication to the Rotary motto, “Service Above Self,” and my commitment to helping those in need.

I am the managing partner of Constable Law. Since 2012, we have represented thousands of policyholders, including residential homeowners, condominium associations, hotels, schools, religious organizations, and Fortune 500 companies, with their denied and underpaid property insurance claims. We also have a fertility law practice, which I started due to my own personal experience with fertility treatments to handle issues related to fertility and make sure patients are being treated properly. I’ve been a proud Rotarian for nearly a year, drawn to the camaraderie of like-minded individuals and the opportunity to live out the “Service Above Self” motto. I especially enjoy volunteering to feed the homeless, with New Life Warehouse, and participating in our super fun social events.
As the owner of Ellie Claire Designs, I help small businesses shine with professional website and graphic design. With a bachelor’s degree in marketing from FSU and a master’s in information science from USF, I bring both creativity and strategy to my work.
Outside of Rotary, I love long walks, thought-provoking podcasts, and reading deep, nerdy books. My husband, Stephen, and I have two daughters, Madeline (22) and Kate (19), both studying at Liberty University. Every summer, our family goes on a six-week RV adventure out west, exploring and hiking the country’s most stunning landscapes.

At Pitisci & Associates, I help clients find top IT talent for permanent and contract roles. A native Floridian and Florida State University graduate, I’m dedicated to innovation in competitive markets.
I’ve been married to my wife, Nikki, since 1998, and we have two daughters, Madeline and Kate, who attend Liberty University. On weekends, I enjoy mountain biking, and during the summer, our family loves taking our RV out west for adventures.

Being a Rotarian and giving back to the community is a deeply enriching experience that allows me to positively impact and contribute to the greater good. This involvement provides opportunities to build relationships and connect with others who share a commitment to service. Whether through volunteering at a local food bank, organizing charity events, or participating in community cleanups, the act of giving back is incredibly rewarding and fulfilling. My wife, Robin, and I have been married for 30 years and reside in Westchase. We are proud parents to three sons living in the Tampa area.
