I am a certified Essential Somatics Movement Teacher who discovered this work after a debilitating back injury forced me into early retirement. Rotary has been an important part of my life. As the daughter of avid Rotarians, we hosted 16+ Rotary International youth exchange students and I enjoyed spending a high school year abroad myself. Born and raised in Germany, living in Bradenton, Florida for a year completely changed my life and is the reason why I now reside in Tampa. As an adult I became a Rotarian in every city I lived and we started hosting Rotary International youth exchange students, providing our daughter a similar experience. The international aspects of Rotary, contributing to world peace, interest me the most.

I’ve been a proud Rotarian for nearly a year, drawn to the camaraderie of like-minded individuals and the opportunity to live out the “Service Above Self” motto. I especially enjoy volunteering to feed the homeless, with New Life Warehouse, and participating in our super fun social events.
As the owner of Ellie Claire Designs, I help small businesses shine with professional website and graphic design. With a bachelor’s degree in marketing from FSU and a master’s in information science from USF, I bring both creativity and strategy to my work.
Outside of Rotary, I love long walks, thought-provoking podcasts, and reading deep, nerdy books. My husband, Stephen, and I have two daughters, Madeline (22) and Kate (19), both studying at Liberty University. Every summer, our family goes on a six-week RV adventure out west, exploring and hiking the country’s most stunning landscapes.

I am relatively new to Rotary but find so much benefit in business networking opportunities as well as impactful service projects!
As the Director of Strategic Sales at Pitisci & Associates, I bring over 20 years of sales and recruiting experience to generate new business and expand accounts in the Tampa Bay area. At Pitisci & Associates, I help clients find top IT talent for permanent and contract roles. A native Floridian and Florida State University graduate, I’m dedicated to innovation in competitive markets.
I’ve been married to my wife, Nikki, since 1998, and we have two daughters, Madeline and Kate, who attend Liberty University. On weekends, I enjoy mountain biking, and during the summer, our family loves taking our RV out west for adventures.

Since joining Rotary in September 2019, I've been deeply engaged in our club's initiatives, serving on the board for the past four years as treasurer, secretary, and currently as Membership Chair.
As the proud owner of Water Street Wealth Management here in Tampa, I focus on providing a client-centric approach to investment management and financial planning tailored specifically for busy professionals and retirees.
Beyond my professional endeavors, family holds a special place in my heart. I am happily married to my wife, Darcy, and we share the joy of raising our son, Caden. Through Rotary, I find fulfillment in contributing to our community and fostering positive change.
